Staff Nurse
• Performs and monitors patient care and other nursing activities such as conducting rounds, administering medications, carry doctor’s orders, and reporting unusual symptoms.
• Performs direct nursing care procedures which include bedside nursing, admission, and discharge duties.
• Observes, records, and reports patient’s symptoms, conditions, and progress of treatment and therapy.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Assist in the education and rehabilitation of patients and their families in relation to physical and mental health.
• Ensures patient safety and establishes trust and rapport with patients.
• Provide holistic nursing care to patients.
• Maintain department policies, procedures, and a safe working environment.
